I am qualified in teaching yoga to adults, children and teenagers (inclusive children with additional & special needs).

I offer yoga sessions in schools, private and corporate settings. 

  • Private personalised Yoga sessions (one-to-one session) for adults, children, teens and children.  Private sessions cost £35 for one hour (up to 3 people). Book here.

  • Private personalised or small group sessions for children with special needs. More information here.

  • Group sessions for adults with reduced mobility in day care centres, hospitals, community centres.

  • Group sessions for children in nurseries, school settings & after  school clubs.

  • Group sessions for teenagers in school settings.

  • Group sessions for private events, such as birthday parties and other celebrations.

What to expect ?
  • Consultation before the first session to discuss your needs and what you would like to achieve.

  • Tailored sessions to your abilities, needs and preferences.

  • Guidance and support. 

  • Sessions include breathing techniques (pranayama), postures (asanas) and relaxation.

  • Sessions held at your place or in my yoga room.

  • Daytime, evening and weekend sessions are available.
